Import & Export Specialist

We are looking for an ” Import & Export Specialist” to be assigned to the Logistics Department of our company, which produces wood & metal furniture in the luxury retail sector.

Requirements:

We are currently seeking candidates for the following position, and ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent from a reputable university,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools,
  • Experience in export and import transactions, customs regulations, and foreign trade legislation,
  • Knowledge of export and import operations and documentation,
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, questioning, and research skills,
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team member,
  • Male candidates should have completed military service.

 

Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling the operational processing of Letters of Credits and Guarantees,
  • Executing and ensuring the smooth processing of export operations,
  • Managing packaging and transportation operations,
  • Carrying out letter of credit transactions and preparing necessary documents accordingly,
  • Coordinating with Production, Logistics, and Finance departments,
  • Monitoring production planning activities,
  • Organizing customs, transportation, and export-import documents,
  • Keeping abreast of customs and export regulations,
  • Providing periodic reports on export and import operations.

Engineering Specialist

We are looking for an “Engineering Specialist” to be assigned to the Engineering Department of our company, which produces wood & metal furniture in the luxury retail sector.

Requirements:

We are currently seeking candidates for the following position, and ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate from relevant Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree programs (Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Forestry Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Drawing and Construction).
  • Proficient in technical drawing, dimensioning techniques, and standards.
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
  • Highly skilled in translating furniture manufacturing details to production drawings.
  • Knowledgeable in wood, furniture, metal product groups, and interior architecture, including production, materials, and accessories.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of work discipline and responsibility.
  • Results-oriented, research-oriented, and inclined towards teamwork.
  • We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in the industry.

 

Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing precise and meticulous technical drawings for the furniture production process,
  • Resolving production details from projects and preparing shop-drawings,
  • Supplying comprehensive information about production and assembly procedures,
  • Taking a proactive approach to efficiently implement any required revisions in the products,
  • Providing innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and emphasize continuous improvement.

Quality & Control Specialist

We are looking for a ” Quality & Control Specialist” to be assigned to our company’s Production Department, which produces wood & metal furniture in the luxury retail sector.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates for the following positions with the following qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial, or Forestry Engineering,
  • Experience in the furniture industry or other manufacturing companies with a background in quality and control,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management Systems,
  • Knowledgeable in wood and metal furniture manufacturing,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Familiarity with ERP systems,
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Disciplined, attentive, detail-oriented, and systematic in work approach,
  • Well-developed process and time management skills,
  • Ability to coordinate tasks effectively,
  • Completed military service (for male candidates).

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking an active role in observing the production process to prevent any potential issues and conducting root cause investigations,
  • Providing training to production teams in line with company quality procedures,
  • Managing the incoming quality control process for purchased raw materials,
  • Ensuring that ongoing product production adheres to company quality standards through process and final inspections,
  • Inspecting and reporting on products manufactured using external suppliers to ensure compliance with quality criteria,
  • Conducting supplier evaluation and performance measurement activities.

Project Executive

We are looking for a “Project Executive” to be assigned to our company’s Project Management department, which produces wood & metal furniture in the luxury retail sector.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field; adequate experience in the project management environment
  • Knowledge and expertise in Retail, Luxury Retail and Hospitality projects.
  • Essential skills include leadership, strategic thinking, and a commercial focus.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, peers and superiors are a must.
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with a team.
  • Strategic and analytic skills in risk management.
  • Solution-oriented thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office programs; knowledge in CAD & ERP Programs.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • No travel limitations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Control and review project proposals.
  • Prepare and monitor purchase orders and detailed work schedules.
  • Oversee the production phase and provide progress reports to the brand (Hold weekly video calls with the brand).
  • Monitor the project’s cost; keep the cost within the budget.
  • Coordinate & execute the site installation of the project.

This position is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within the allocated budget and timeframe, overseeing all processes from start to handover.
